Pigment does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. The app communicates only with the Art Institute of Chicago's public API to retrieve artwork information and images. No account or login is required.

Images

Images are loaded directly from the Art Institute of Chicago's IIIF image servers. These images are subject to the Art Institute of Chicago's own terms of use, available at artic.edu.

Third-Party Services

Pigment uses the Art Institute of Chicago API for artwork data and images. Their privacy policy is available at artic.edu.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the effective date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
